Each blade has 4 cutting edges. You only need to replace the blade on the router bit without replacing the entire drill bit. The ability to replace carbide inserts can extend the life of your milling cutter and save costs in the long run.

Long lasting performance.  The router bit has a black coating, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Replaceable carbide inserts are made from high quality tungsten carbide. The sharp blade allows for clean cuts and a smooth finish, minimizing tears, chips and burrs. Spiral groove design results in better chip evacuation.

Precision guide double bearings make this drill cut smoothly and accurately. There are bottom bearings and top bearings, the template is attached to the workpiece, and guide bearings slide along its edges to form an exact replica of the template. Ideal for template trimming, edge trimming, template wiring, and pattern forming tasks.

Each carbide blade serves four purposes. Once the insert cutter shows signs of wear, you can rotate the carbide insert to get a fresh cutting edge.

Note

Please install the carbide blade vertically to ensure that the blade is in the same straight line to avoid runout or kickback problems with the router bit.
Please make sure the set screws are tightened before use.
When cutting hardwood, reduce cutting force and proceed slowly.
